By accessing and using the responde.app service, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any of the terms, do not use the service.
Responde.app is a SaaS platform that allows organizations to install an intelligent virtual assistant on their website. The service includes an administration panel, a semantic search engine and automated customer service features.
You may use the service for the legitimate business purposes described in your contracted plan. The following is prohibited:
Plans are contracted monthly or annually as agreed. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice. You can cancel at any time from the administration panel; the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
The Provider commits to maintaining 99% monthly availability. In case of scheduled maintenance, advance notice will be given. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed in cases of force majeure.
The software, design and brand of responde.app are the property of the Provider. Content uploaded by the client (documents, texts, URLs) remains the property of the client.
The service is provided "as is". The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruptions arising from use of the service.
The Provider may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
