How much does it cost?+
€9/month (+ taxes) for up to 3 domains or subdomains. Need more? Email us. Activation prorated in your next invoice.
Do I need to move my domain elsewhere?+
No. Your domain stays where it is (IONOS, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, anywhere). You just add a DNS record (CNAME for subdomain, A record for root) in your provider's panel. We give you exact instructions.
Can I use my root domain (mycompany.com)?+
Yes. For root domains you add an A record pointing to 91.98.72.36 (we tell you on screen). For subdomains a CNAME to connect.responde.app, which is easier.
How long until it's live?+
DNS verification usually takes 1 to 30 minutes (depends on provider — IONOS and Cloudflare are fast, others slower). Once it's through, we issue the SSL cert automatically in under 1 minute. Typical total: 5-15 minutes.
What if I deactivate the module?+
Your domains keep working until the end of the billed period (nothing breaks immediately). After that, your domain URLs stop serving and customers would see a 404. Your chat and landings remain available at responde.app/your-slug.
Do you support wildcards (*.mycompany.com)?+
Not in MVP. Each subdomain is added individually (3 included). For special cases with many dynamic subdomains, email us.
